Missing item

Hi there,
Ive got a problem.
An item has dissapeared from my backpack
When i came to bank, pressed the dress bind button to change my gear and it said that 1 item is missing.
Im 100% sure i had enough money for insure and item was insured.
Can someone tell me what happened?
Here is its DRESS ID CODE: 0x407EDA2C (Item out of range)
