[BUG] Nerve Strike dmg + stun

Hello. I have noticed that Nerve Strike does incredible dmg + stun even if you have 0 anatomy/tactics. That cant be right.. Iv been hitted 25 + 6 with 0 ana / tac by nerve strike to 70physres -.- Please fix this. If it does that kinda dmg without ana / tac what will it do with ana and tac ?

There are two kinds of damage from the blow.

First is the normal one which depends on tact, anat, di, str and your phys resist, and then goes the second which is the ability special. It depends on users bushido skill, with ~ 120 skill it does around 27 damage.
