Why when I honor DF in Doom and hit his without fails, damage d't increase? My Bushido 98. Perfection d't work?

The DF has to be at full hp to honor it.

Yes. returns messages.
At other monsters perfection d't work also.

Are you using a slayer weapon + Enemy of One? Because in this case you've already reached the damage increase cap so you can't increase it anymore.

How many cap ?

the cap is x3
enemy of one multiplies x1.5
slayer multiplies x2
so x2 x1.5 = x3

perfection multiplies between x1 (0% perfection) and x2 (100% perfection)
