Non riesco a cancellare una cartella nel cestino, come faccio?

La cartella è vuota? Se non è vuota può darsi che alcuni dei file in essa contenuti siano bloccati da qualche processo.

se nn va manco in modalita' provvisoria prova bootando il cd di windows all'avvio e fallo da modalita' testo...

Fai Start > Riavvia e mentre sta riavviando premi F8 di continuo finchè non ti esce una schermata in cui ti chiede come vuoi riavviare.
Da lì scegli Modalità Provvisoria..
.

e riavvii...
per ritornare come prima:
