Account creation

The GUL account creation is totally free and requires really few data. It is mandatory to have a functioning email address

Password lost

If you loose your password you can retrieve it using the appropriate function.
It is necessary to keep your email address updated because the recovery procedure requires it.
If your email address is not valid anymore you CANNOT retrieve your password and the staff cannot help you.
Your passwrod is encrypted and there is no way to retrieve it.

If you buyed an our service then we have your data for the billing in our records. If you give us a scan of your id card then the staff can help you.
