Looters???

well a loot problem, just to share with you guys, i hate when those guys just hit the monster once, and they can loot, but that's not the problem, the problem is that guys noobies almost all of them loot the corpse with AUTOLOOT, i remember some guys that gently turned off the damn script, so i just really want that the damage rules to loot a corpse gets more strict about it, so some lamers just dont looot a corpse by hitting once!!! must the rules of looting will change someday????
