i was in my beatiful boat macroing magic resist
started rainig etc and i turn off the pc
i logged now andddddddd puf
i was in land. where i have never been ..
and my boat is now smoke ;/
is it normal ?

When you are on a boat, you will propably notice that your character sometimes lags behind your boat.

If you leave the server while on a moving boat, it will often result in your character dropping of the boat. Maybe the boat continues and your character freezes when you logoff. In any case, when that happens, the server re-locates your character on the closest land at the next logon.

This can happen if you get logged off or if you logoff by yourself.

The solution to your current problem: you should be able to recall to your boat using your boat key as a recall rune... if you were dropped at a place where you can recall from! There is a possibility that you haven't lost your boat.

To prevent the problem from happening again (partly), always stop your boat and drop the anchor before logging off. The problem will then only happen if you get thrown out (Connection Lost) while sailing. It happened to me a couple of times before I figured it out.
